Where we ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75
• Orders under $75: flat $5.99 shipping

Delivery times

• Ships from US and international suppliers. Delivery is typically 3–8 business days for US-warehouse items and 8–20 business days for items shipped from overseas; the estimate is shown on each product page.
• Some larger items may take longer.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. URGO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Because products ship directly from our suppliers, an order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
